First, you will be contacted by a representative from the Human Resources department, who will ask you some general questions about your experience and skills, ability to work, expectations, conditions, and any other information regarding working at Aminess. After that, you will be contacted by the manager or head of department, who will cover more details of the position you are applying for.

Prepare your documents

Once we are done with the interviews and we have agreed on the conditions, you will receive an e-mail listing all of the documents you need to prepare to be able to start your new job.

Proof of professional qualifications (copy of diploma)
e-Employment record book / confirmation regarding pension insurance qualifying periods (obtainable at the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute or through the e-Citizens platform)
PK form (obtainable at the Tax Administration or through the e-Citizens platform)
Valid health certificate – for positions in the kitchen, restaurant or wellness areas (costs to be covered by us once you have delivered the invoice for the examination)

You will find out when you are expected at work from your superior. If you are applying for seasonal work, you will be expected to start once you are needed, and depending on the occupancy of our establishments. Some of the Aminess establishments open their doors in February, but most of the hiring processes are carried out around Easter holidays, when a larger number of guests start booking their stay.
