Whenever I am asked how I like my job, I say it is great. Our team can agree on anything, and we are free to make suggestions for possible improvements of our services. There are lots of investments into employees and their growth. Every winter period we have a new education activity. I have so far had the opportunity to learn how to make good coffee and perfect cocktails, and I have also been able to learn about craft beer and sommelier skills. There is a new challenge waiting for me every day, and I tackle it with a smile on my face!
More than anything, I am motivated by good teamwork, as well as year-round education activities organised by Aminess. Being able to work as a guest with famous chefs in exquisite restaurants in Ljubljana, participate in Aminess Wine & Gourmet evenings with David Skoko, as well as the Aminess Gourmet LAB – these were all new opportunities for me to learn and improve my skills, and share what I have learned with my younger colleagues.
