Aminess Hotels & Resorts is a fast-growing tourism brand, built on a particularly friendly attitude towards guests and employees. Its very name is an amalgamation of the French word Ami, meaning “friend”, and a suffix representing our core values: friendliness, kindness, happiness.

The Aminess brand consists of hotels, campsites and villas of highest category, located in Novigrad in Istria, on the island of Krk, in Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski. In Dalmatia - on the Island of Pag, in Makarska, on the islands Hvar, Brač and Korčula and on the peninsula of Pelješac. There are a total of 18 hotels, 5 campsites and 3 resorts with villas and apartments.

After finishing high school, I started working at the Bellevue Hotel in Orebić as an assistant cook. Through hard work, dedication, and persistent effort, I progressed through all the positions in our kitchen. I worked alongside senior and experienced colleagues who welcomed me warmly and gave me the opportunity to work, learn, and advance my skills with their support. I love my job. We all work together towards the same goal, making sure everything is organized properly, dividing tasks, and creating a pleasant working atmosphere. With teamwork, even the hardest tasks become easier. We stay calm, communicate, and strive to be good role models for new colleagues, showing that everyone works equally regardless of position—there are no differences, we are all part of the same team. My favorite moments are when, through laughter and teamwork, I see the satisfaction of our guests and feel personal pride knowing that I’ve done my job well.
